Return Policy:
          
            Items must be returned within 10 days after receipt of product. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking
            fee or it will not be refundable. For products to be eligible for return, the customer must receive written
            authorization from SMB Manufacturing Inc. Only material authorized for return is eligible. Item and
            quantities are strictly limited to those indicated on the written authorization. Items returned must be
            accompanied with information from the original invoice or packing slip. Items must be returned in its
            original packaging, clean and in sellable condition. No returns on special custom orders. Customer is
            responsible for all return shipping costs via insured carrier, unless Seller has made an error in shipping
            or an item arrives defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. In the event of a shipment
            error or a defective item, Seller will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for
            returns made within 10 days of the receipt date. Items returned that are not listed on the authorization, or
            that are not in sellable condition will be returned at the customer’s expense.
          
          Claims:
          
            Buyer agrees to notify Seller of defective products within 10 days after receipt of the shipment. No claim
            shall be allowed by any party other than the Buyer. Any claim that is not made within the time frame set
            shall be deemed to have been waived. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Seller, Buyer shall set aside,
            protect, and hold such products without further processing until Seller has an opportunity to inspect and
            advise of the disposition, if any, to be made of such products. In no event shall any products be returned,
            reworked, or scrapped by Buyer without the written authorization of Seller.
          
          Shortage:
          
            All shortage claims must be placed within 10 days after receipt of the original shipment.
          
          Payment Method:
          
            SMB Manufacturing Inc. accepts the following payment methods:
            Credit Cards: MasterCard and Visa
            Bank Wire 
            E-Transfers 
            EFT/ACH
          
          Refunds, Credits and Balances Due:
          
            As soon as SMB Manufacturing Inc. receives and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Credit
            for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase.
          
          Defective Items:
          
            A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise,
            please contact customer service for assistance.
          
          Damaged Items:
          
            If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please contact customer service immediately.
            
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue.
            If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you
            jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. Damages from
            freight claims must be placed with the carrier. Be certain to inspect all shipment for shortages and damages
            prior to signing for the shipment.
          
          Limits of Responsibility:
          
            We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use
            of product.
          
          International Shipping:

          Price and/or Description Changes:
          
            All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility
            for inadvertent errors. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on
            this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store are not refundable.

Warranty:
          
            
              Products not manufactured by SMB Manufacturing Inc will carry the manufacturers warranty to the extent
              assignable to the original purchaser. SMB Manufacturing shall in no event be liable for any consequential
              damages arising from the failure of the product including installation.
            
            
            
              Seller warrants the products to be free of defects in workmanship and material under normal use and
              service, and when used for the purpose and under the conditions for which they are intended, for a period
              of 1 year from the date of shipment. Obligation is limited, at Seller’s option, to repair or replace the
              product or make a monetary adjustment not to exceed the net sales price of the defective product. Buyer
              must immediately notify Seller in writing of claimed defects. Seller may inspect the product and Buyer
              will, if requested, return the defective product to the Seller with transportation prepaid. Buyer will
              assume all responsibility and expense for removal, reinstallation and freight charges. Seller will not be
              liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage or penalties and does not assume any
              liability of purchaser to others, or to anyone for injury to persons or property.
            
            
              Any claims, shortages or damages must be notified to the Seller in writing within 10 days after receipt of
              shipment. This warranty will not apply to any product or parts of products that
            
            
             (a) have been repaired or altered outside of Seller's facility, in any manner; 
            (b) have been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident; or
            (c) have been used in a manner contrary to Seller's instructions or recommendations.
